Error in application
I am trying since more than 3 weeks to transfer my money to another account but as soon as I enter OTP it gives me error that customer accoun is inactive. My money is stuck inside & Im out of country Pathetic experience
My ABL OTP
I am setting up the online banking app on my phone. Since yesterday, I have tried more than ten times with the OTP. Foremost it is a 16 long alphanumeric combination, and not matter how fast I put it in the verification, it tells me “token expired”. V bad experience and is still not working

Pathetic and slow,
So I have been experiencing this issue since I have installed this App even after update. It’s not working properly. Whenever I try to access my account to check balance or Transfer amount it goes blank you can’t see account balance, can’t even see the added member whom i want to transfer money. You need to remove all these bugs and make it more user friendly.

Most of the time app isn’t opening and sometimes takes very time in transferring
Design is like you paid 10k pkr to design this app 😅
