The new interface is fantastic with its user-friendly design and smooth operation. However, occasional server outages have been causing some inconvenience. I'm hopeful that the server issues will be resolved soon.

New release is excellent. The interface is very intuitive and navigation is amazing. Moreover, new release shows the transfer amount in numbers as well as in sentences, which gives a lot of clarity.
Extremely slow app
And why my nayapay transfer limit is only 10k. Camt change it either
Pathetic and slow,
So I have been experiencing this issue since I have installed this App even after update. It’s not working properly. Whenever I try to access my account to check balance or Transfer amount it goes blank you can’t see account balance, can’t even see the added member whom i want to transfer money. You need to remove all these bugs and make it more user friendly.

Most of the time app isn’t opening and sometimes takes very time in transferring
