Quiero conectar mi lámpara a través de Wi-fi y no la reconoce, introduzco mi número de serie y tampoco, solo me permite la conexión a través de Bluetooth, como puedo solucionar este problema? Gracias! 🙌
Cuando compre las lámparas solo reconoce a una. Y ni se pueden vincular no las reconoce la app
Con la ultima actualización en vez de mejorarla la arruinaron ya ni siquiera reconoce mi prime
This is a terrible app. I was only able to get one device added and cannot add another. The device is the light for my tank and it isn’t easy to adjust the time for it. You have to delete the whole light schedule in order to set up a new one rather than adjust what you. The app also times out for no reason. It’s just a terrible app.
How many years does it take for you to fix this app? Constant time out issues. I’m done with AI. Purchased competition
I constantly have to reset this thing, it never runs the proper light cycle for more than a week. Constantly come home and my lights are off for no reason. The app will say that they are running perfectly then they are shut off. Pathetic.
JUST TRY TO REACH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AND YOU WILL DISCOVER A COMPANY THAT DOESN’T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT’s PRODUCTS.
i would have to shut my cellular data off to connect to wifi to control app?!!👎🏼
If you want to turn your lights on or off, be prepared to click it 30+ times, getting either a “cannot connect to server” error, or “connection timeout - check your wireless connection” Absolute morons at this company
