Tried to sign up with my Indonesian phone number but it said the prefix was banned(?) I just gave up and deleted the app. Waste of time. Hate dealing with amateur 3rd-world apps like this

I’ve tried everything to enter my Canadian phone number in the app. It won’t take it. And you cannot use the app without it. I would guess it’s only a problem for canadian. Useless app.

Tried to register using a USA phone number and keeps saying invalid!

The app is unable to register using a phone number from Canada. If it not meant to register using the international phone number, why provide an option to begin with? This is either the coding or the QA failed to identify this major flaw. The app was rushed with no attention to details.

Needs to often be restarted as hangs up. Constantly switches back to cash option when you’ve selected another payment method as default. Uses too small fonts to show estimated arrival Times which are often quite inaccurate When it works well it works but too many little parts not working smoothly lately.

Solo female traveler here - got this app because I thought it would give me peace of mind, but it turned out completely useless. Skip this and grab a local taxi.

The updated version of this app is horrible. I tried to use it today and it would not work properly. The old version was totally fine. Why would you change it?

I keep getting a "request times out" error every time I try and save an address or make a booking. Both with 3 G and wifi

You need to register a local cell phone number (country code 62) before you can use this app, so not really useful for tourists...

Apps yg sekarang ga jelas kalo mau order scheduled silver bird, tiap pesen schedule pasti loading terus ga jelas, lebih enak apps yg lama langsung jelas kalo udah booking order bisa lsg schedule untuk lebih dari 1 unit.
