Especially those prompt out message promotion or note for your reference. You cant exit. Solution is close and reopen the app. This is annoying

So difficult to choose fav location and to insert new location. Also the vouchers code has been applied but cant proceed cause it was stuck

Regular user of grab found apps of blue bird need to improve response faster. Not showing actual location live, always delay too long.

Have installed the app and registered my email & phone number, but have not received the verification code to use the app. Disappointing app.

Overall good app. When booking, the taxi is immediately available. Last update has some bugs and sometimes it hangs “finalising your trip” and doesn’t get updated.

Downloaded this app as suggested by a cab driver. Later that day, had to wait for 40++ mins for a cab using this app. It kept on searching for a driver but couldnt find one. Saw a few bluebird cabs pass by but non stopped. Requested for UBER instead. 4 hours later, it automatically cancelled my request. 😅

Tolong dibuat Radius terdekat saja yang ambil order. Sy menemukan yang ambil order taxi yg jauh-jauh, akhirnya menunggunya lama

Try many times, the app hanged after click confirm booking. Never show whether the taxi booking is confirmed or taxi is on the way.

so annoying, i cant even register my new number. please fix this asap.
