Broken app, extremely annoying complications
Features of the app clearly don’t work. The directories are limited, and the associated web applications they take you too are also barely functional. As another reviewer mentioned, virtual care does not work. If you manage to make it to the waiting room for a doctor (which itself was quite difficult), you will find that after waiting for 30 minutes, you are unable to actually connect to the doctor. It looked like I was still charged for the visit, so I contacted customer support. The response was a copy paste answer about the solution I spent 30-40 minutes figuring out on my own (some mobile browsers are not supported). If they know some browsers are not supported, why not tell me before I begin the process? As someone who is sick, this was an extremely frustrating experience. A chain of prompts and forms that should have taken 5 minutes somehow took 45.
