I inputted all the information to register put when I use the same phone number and password I am told that I am not registered. When I try to register again I am told that I am registered all ready? So far it’s not working. I can not get the camera set up in the app. I have been trying my best to follow the information provided. Because there is no illustration showing where to install the SD CARD and l can not find the reset button. I have Model: IC19-2.0MP-H Resolution: 1080P Power:DC5V WATCHMEN Low-power solar camera. It would be very helpful to receive proper instructions to install this camera.

This camera doesn’t stayed online. Keep going offline. Battery only last 2 hours at most

I have had this Solar powered Cam for 8 months, and it quit working after 5 months, and never had quality sound. And this is in Arizona with non-stop sun. Very disappointed.

Hard to configure, and cannot connect to internal sever; hardware manual totally useless, waste time, don’t buy such rubbish

This software needs a big overhaul. I’m not sure if others experienced the same problems. I have a 64gb card that was formatted first and has since been successfully formatted by the Microshare app. but sometimes when I check the card status it shows no card inserted. I’ve also tried reinserting it and using a different 32gb card. I often get an error when trying to play back recorded video. Under the video card settings “cover video” does not work. I set it and save and it reverts back to the off position every time on its own. Time zone setting also does not save my choice and reverts back to default, therefore every video clip has the wrong time stamp. As a final suggestion, I would like to see better English instructions that explain all the features and how they work. I think the app has potential for being much better and more stable if these bugs are worked out.

The new update had messed up everything on the app! Timeis wrong, onscreen pic is distorted and can’t get camera out of sleep mode now. Grrrr! How can I get back the older version??
