Seit Tagen keine Verbindung, dafür habe ich mir das System nicht gekauft

Wofür habe ich eine App mit Fernzugriff wenn er nicht funktioniert? So oft das keine Verbindung aufgebaut werden kann. Die App ist eine Katastrophe! Würde es mir nicht nochmal kaufen.

Ich nutze das System jetzt seit ca. einem Jahr. Die Hoffnung auf eine Aktualisierung der Software muss ich wohl aufgeben. Wie schon andere Nutzer bemerkten, ist bei der Verbindungsaufbau vom IPhone zum System Geduld gefragt. Ein Vorspulen der Aufnahme nach Auslösung ist leider nicht möglich. Das nervt schon, wenn man von der Ferne wissen will, was eigentlich ausgelöst hat. Inzwischen wird vom System schon die zweite SIM Card nicht mehr akzeptiert. Formatierungen helfen da auch nicht. Alles in Allem eine kleine Spielerei, aber von mir keine Kaufempfehlung.

Die Software gehört dringend erweitert ! Für die heute Technik für SmartHome und Handy müsste es per App viel mehr können auch von der Schnelligkeit und Bildqualität. Bitte dringend nachbessern!!!

Die App braucht sehr lange, bis die Verbindung zur Kamera besteht. Außerhalb eines WLan Netzes, funktioniert es nur sehr unzuverlässig. Keine Empfehlung!

Es wird nur 1 Kamera angezeigt. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zwischen den Kameras zu wechseln.

Since the newer version, it runs very bad. Lot off disconnects. Watching recorded files in 90% not possible. Very slow and unreliable app.

Hi, the camera has a good and quick connectivity. It would be helpful to the users if you could programm the following: a) in Events, the newest event to be at the top of the list. b) all cameras to be viewed at the same time, and c) the possibilty to switch the system on and off from the mobile app.

I’ve had this system for around 4 years. Recently it told me I had to reset my password because the old one was unsecure, ever since then it will not load any cameras remotely, I cannot access recordings and it never connects. I’ve googled everything I can think of. I guess it’s time for a new camera system

Once upon a time this was a good camera but pretty primitive nowadays. So much better available. I just updated app and it required a new password. What a pain in the butt.
