アプリでいつでもカメラ映像を見れるからと、 対象の防犯カメラを買いましたが、 アプリが全く機能しません。 モーション録画の通知だけきて見れない。 イベントにも何も表示されない。 リアルタイムの映像だけ見れる。 4台もカメラを購入したのに最悪。。。 返金してもらいたい。

設置して携帯アプリでパスワードも入れたが 全然画面が見えない。原因も分からない。 どうしたらいいんだろ

リアルタイムでの映像は見れますが、 録画されたものが再生出来ません。 一月前くらいからで、通知も来なくなりました。 本体での再生は可能ですし、リアルタイムでの映像も見られるので、ネット回線の不備ではないと思うます。 アプリでの問題であれば改善してほしい。 携帯での確認が出来ないは意味がないです。 早急の対応を。

ネットに繋がっている時は見れるが、 外から携帯会社の通信を使うとみれない 新しい機種に対応していない、 また、アプリのバージョンアップもされてない 最悪な商品

新着イベントは、リストの下ではなく上に表示されると見やすい。 New arrival events are easy to see when displayed above the list, not below. 在列表上方显示新到达事件时很容易看到，而不是在下面。 Please improve.

Worse cameras iv seen. Didn’t think anything could be worse until I downloaded the app. I really regret buying this system. The cameras would get a better review if the app was any good. Thanks to the app developers you managed to find the bottom. I would rate the app a -10 if that’s was an option for me. I really don’t like giving it a 1star. I think that way to generous.

Horrible. The cams are good. This app is ridiculous. Doesn't show current captures. You have to search. IF you get a video to load it's slowwwwww to load plus whatever is moving in the vid is in slow motion. I have to get completely out and go back in (that's what she said) to watch the next video. It's pointless. The monitor is ok but this app needs to be trashed and redone. Good lord.

Been using them for a year. Absolutely trash. Company has never responded to any of my emails about fixing the app. I would not download this app and I would get a refund for the camera system.

I cannot talk thru my iPhone and hear it on the camera. It use to work?!? I was told that it was disabled. Is there a patch for this?
