The new log in page is not working properly how do you manage to break that? Also we are in 2025 the balance should be updated automatically after someone pays the bill

Can’t register
Telephone number validation doesn’t accept foreign numbers (even though a list of all country code prefixes is provided). I guess it fails due to different number lengths for different countries

Doesn’t update bill payments
I paid a bill through this app but it still says it’s outstanding. Not very good at all.

Can’t find my bills or balance anywhere!
Where’s everything gone?! I can apparently follow ΔΕΗ on instagram and Facebook and all sorts, but I can’t see what I owe!

Let me sign up so then I can add my accounts, but no you want to make this difficult for people to pay their bills or send meter readings right? So how many signups do I need to have If I pay for my bill, the bill that's in my mothers name and another that's on my father's name ? Unless i get it wrong? Asking personal details on sign up locks my sign up to one account right? Whatever! I really want To support your app but you making it difficult!
