Sadly like everything\ everytime you deal with DSTV they are useless. Cannot wait for a decent competitor to eventually close them down.

The MyDSTV app must be one of the worst designed and buggy I have encountered. This latest one is no exception. No more Statements the Rewards tab says you must update even though you ARE on the latest version then you can’t exit out of it. Overall it has less functionality, more bugs and just an awful overall design. Suggest you change whoever develops this app for you, it’s embarrassing!!!

Multichoice's service offering is rubbish, no longer will people pay the high premiums for a broken and semi-functional entertainment system based on cheap lines and a couple of sports enents per month

I had to phone the call centre anyway so no point to this app

The app tends to log out in its own and logging back in takes forever, you end up repeating the same process multiple times only for you not to even be logged into the app. It’s frustrating when you are trying to make corrections but can’t due to the app logging itself out and fighting for you to log in

Can't even update my details on the app.

Absolutely useless help Centre. Background noise of shouting and laughing. No proper advice. I cannot get Showmax to connect and after weeks of requests Multichoice has failed. The app goes blank Useless disgraceful service

So many repeats! VH1 and MTN - where has the good music gone? All rap stuff. Only 1 channel of Brit programmes (and they are repeats after repeats) Sport - almost all channels are soccer. Channels closing. Not doing well, Dstv.
