The app tends to log out in its own and logging back in takes forever, you end up repeating the same process multiple times only for you not to even be logged into the app. It’s frustrating when you are trying to make corrections but can’t due to the app logging itself out and fighting for you to log in

Absolutely useless help Centre. Background noise of shouting and laughing. No proper advice. I cannot get Showmax to connect and after weeks of requests Multichoice has failed. The app goes blank Useless disgraceful service

So many repeats! VH1 and MTN - where has the good music gone? All rap stuff. Only 1 channel of Brit programmes (and they are repeats after repeats) Sport - almost all channels are soccer. Channels closing. Not doing well, Dstv.
