myGov Code Generator

This is the poorest Apps I never seen in my lifetime. The app does not consider people’s need to buy new mobile phone or they may lost their phone or accidentally delete this Apps. It does not consider people who are foreigner and do not have digital ID to recover the account. And the help desk for people calling from overseas has nobody to answer for months. I have been struggling with this kind of lousy service for months and still failed to resolve the problem and file my tax return.

The app is the worst app that I have ever seen in my lifetime. The developer please do something to improve this app. There is no point that cannot use the old account if the people accidentally deleted the app or lost the phone. In logic, there must be another method to recover the account. It’s annoyed that need to open an email and set up again and again. This is not the first time and my friends, my family or even the people around me also encountered to this problem. The app is ridiculous and caused headaches. It causes us feel depressed and become insanity. Hope the developer can sort out this issue ASAP. Please make our life easier. Thank you.

This app may force you to delete your mygov account. It is beyond inconceivable that it is still supported. Do not setup or install this. Use email based mfa.

Not working

There are so many easy to use tested applications for authentication and so easy to integrate and use to all systems! Why you always make things difficult for users!? I am an IT expert but i struggle using your system! Connect and disconnect of the app to the website is so bad and confusing. I really hate using things that waste time and energy and not help. Do someone from your team really read these review??? Do you care where you spend my paid tax to build such an application??? You are wasting our money to make our life more difficult! Disappointed 👎🏻

I recently got hacked without opening or clicking on any links!! Hackers used this code generator app to log into myGov and used my links for the ato to do a tax amendment and Centrelink to apply for a advance loan and change my banking details to there’s and stole money from my account. Please everyone be safe online. The government seriously need to pull there finger out and do something against cyber crime

Why did I have to pay $20 for a government app to login to my government account. Why does the government need to make everything harder and more expensive…

If my device is already registered… I can’t make this application work. Application guidance is to remove my registered device and re-register. Too much mucking around. I’ll stick to SMS.

This app has some pretty bad loop holes in it, one leading to me being hacked and my tax return being submitted in an attempt to get a refund, and my BAS being revised in an attempt to get another refund. I seriously don’t know how the government allowed such an app to be used for their services with so many holes in it!!
