Every day I use it there’s an app update and it cashes when trying to save a video or photo. Tried on different device and same issue. Restart device after update and crash. Update again and app crashes.

We don’t use the scheduling feature, but we do use it for client communication. Works just fine. I like that we can delegate conversations. A problem that our techs had is that the videos they send out to customers can sometimes be really glitchy, and you can’t tell that its messed up until the customer has received it. Which has been a source of frustration for all parties involved. So hopefully that gets remedied.

This app would be better if you had better IT developers. The vin scan would be great if app can read vin# on repair order and read vin for 2022 and newer. App is mediocre

That’s just ludicrous.

Our dealership only uses the technician video portion of the app. My only real gripe and reason for the review is the lack of being able to select which camera to use for recording the video. I much prefer to use a wide angle shot to encompass more of the vehicle. Secondly, the app doesn’t seem to take advantage of video stabilization that most modern phones have. The app really feels like it’s stuck in 2009. Lastly, the inability to pre-record videos and then upload them to the app (and still count for technician video in statistics) is really annoying. Much improvement can and should be made.

Using this as a technician they claim “you’ll increase cales” the sales numbers are inflated, you waste time in video to have the same exact amount of work come through the shop. Don’t use

They responded to my review with unhelpful information. Technicians do not have the time or ability to send via email. Your app should notify us of an opt-out before we even take the video so we aren’t wasting time when customers don’t want to be contacted by us. Not helpful… Please allow us to see customer opt outs before anything. It is a massive waste of time to take a whole MPI video only to find out the customer opted out. :(

This app is missing so much and doesn’t give you the ability to create a layout that best fits your preferences. Everything is just crammed together to where it’s hard to differentiate what vehicles are where in the process. Absolute dog meat.

Phone calling from my mobile on the fly is ALWAYS inoperable. I get messages of all transactions rather than my own only at ALL TIMES. Not user friendly. App updates don’t seem to do ANYTHING and updates happen 2+ times a week. Are the updates to keep the application inferior? The only feature that works is text communication, if it weren’t for that, I’d remove the app from my phone altogether.

Please allow us to see customer opt outs before anything. It is a massive waste of time to take a whole MPI video only to find out the customer opted out. :(
