Thank you for your response but the form link given in faq is not working. I need access of my account so that i cann login to my education portals. Please help

The best mail app i have ever used.
Application works as in sleep mode you have to open the application for new mails. It doesn't notify you; even i have turned off the DND mode as well. Its of no use, everyone use application for his/her ease like it will notify us so that we can access quickly through notification panel for important mails No rating
Unable to get notifications automatically, asking for log in credential every time. This problem facing last couple of month for iOS platforms.
This app use to be and is my favourite app but after last update, I am facing an issue, all my email ids are logged out every time I open the app to check the mails.Please look into the matter and sort it out.
I praised this app so many times. I’ve even recommended this app to my friends and family members. But, they cheated. The app automatically logged out. When trying to login, the OTP was never sent. It shows like “An error occured. Try again later”. Then, I have contacted their customer support. “Unfortunately, since you do not receive an SMS with a code to log in to your account, you will not be able to restore it” - the message from the support team. Then I asked for alternative solution and asked them that the mistake is not from my side. Their reply: “Unfortunately, we have given you an exhaustive answer on this request”. My data and precious mails are with them. How can they tell unethical answer without even describing the root problem or by giving an approximate time to resolve the issue. Very bad.. Never ever trust them.
I was using this app from last 3 years but not while adding hostingers IMAP i am getting above message which make this app useless for me. It was really nice app but now they removed the support of service i used ig.
How to change mobile no due to this unable to login also no customer support
Have been using since 5 years, suddenly in 2024 started facing too many issues, like had to login same email again and again in 30mins. Was feeling very distressed after using this. So i switched to EMAIL app. Not so useful now. So I deleted the app from my iPhone.
Not able to login.
