Such a bad app
Please hire better product managers. The app interface is so not user friendly.
Easy to navigate
It’s easy to find every information you need on the app. Very convenient. The only issue they need to work on is their timeframe to respond to enquiries and complaints.
Non-functional
App is pretty useless. Error codes galore.
Crashes Often
The app crashes often and is not really usable at all
Claim service not working
Every time I try and enter a claim I get an error message and am told to try again later. I try again later, same message. Would really like an update to that feature.

Unable to download network list.
Does not work
Nothing really to say. App does not work. Opens and then immediately closes. Of no value
The language is all Arabic
Unable to do anything with the app as it’s in Arabic. I only understand English.
