Horrible customer service. They keep spamming me even though I opt out of all promotional emails. Two weeks of nonstop emailing and I still receive the messages

Bad internal services, tried to get my statement all In vain, why can’t I get Bonga points too????, no direct help !!!!

Information not accurate in app. Says I do not have any bundle package (I do) and I can’t register my number for iMessage. It has been verifying for days. The only answer I get is just wait.

Is there a way to stop the promo texts and requests to register SIM card even after it is done. This is very annoying and unprofessional. Please stop.

Please enlarge the Font, most people can not read those tiny fonts. Due to this many peole have lost a lot of money by accidentsly adding zero or misding zrroa or any number due to this tiny fonds

I am unable to properly pay my fiancée’s phone bill from my account and share with her in a family plan. Can someone please address this issue and verify that my status is active and there is nothing limiting me on the my account usage and including her in my family share for this account service. Thank you so very much.
