I have a issue that i cannot see a digital certification and QR code of my booster vaccination even though I have done on 24th Jan 2022. I have already reported this to Help Desk 3 times but, I haven’t gotten any update or the certification and QR code. To back my county, I really need to show a quarantine station when I arrive. Please kind resolve and fix this issue ASAP. Best regards,

Is this app required for transfer flight or not?

The traveller's section is not yet updated to the latest measurement announced for 1st of April 2022 onwards.

Clean, straightforward design and easy to navigate. Haven’t had a problem with it so far. Fonts are just a little too small in some places could be hard to read for some but overall pretty good design language 👍🏻

This is a good app. But please fix the digital certificate problem. I have gotten my booster dose by certificate still shows only 2nd dose. I need this certificate to apply for my student visa, the deadline is 02-Mar-2022, which means I am urgent. I have reported to the help desk many times, but the problem still hasn't been solved yet. Please Help! PLEASE!😭😭😭

Mostly good App. But I have issues with the QR code and PDF file of my digital certificate. Although I have been fully vaccinated in September and my status is shown’fully vaccinated’, however only 1 dose of vaccination QR code and information are recorded on my downloaded digital certificate. I tried to enquire Help Desk more than 2 times until now, but I haven’t gotten any replies yet. If these are technical issues, I wish the developer will improve it for me and everyone who face same issues soon.

When will Moderna be added to the app vaccine type?

I am fm Japan and very impressed by this system. It is easy and convenient to use. When I received the vaccination certificate right after I got 2nd dose, I was so so so impressed.

This system is very convenient for everyone.
