Makes you download an app that doesn’t even work. Don’t have time for constant crashes and trying to make a worthless app work.

We got 3 photo shoot and all was avaliable in less than an hour in the app, it works fine and downloaded all pictures on the phone no issue. Not sure about all the 1 star reviews

I can only access one photo from my package and I have gotten no response. This is theft and should be stopped

This is a scam that you overpay for photos and then the app barely works.

Paid for picture package at Chicago 360 experience and been 2 days and no pictures ! Try to access on web and still nothing says to check email and still nothing .try to access the qr code from app and says app doesn’t have access to photos and the app isn’t listed to access camera !feel like I was ripped off 40 dollars! We need to contact FTC this is a fraud and they got their money but no photos complete scam !Chicago should check out these people before they let them scam tourists

This app keeps freezing, does t let u save the pictures, couldn’t even my my claim code because it had a dash n spaces in between (the way it’s written down on the ticket) wouldn’t even let me submit anything on the app when I couldn’t find my pics. Horrible experience. Wish I could rate it under 1 star

I am so beyond angry! If I could leave 0 stars I would. This thing is a piece of junk. I bought photos from an event with my family & now I can’t even access them it keeps telling me I have the wrong code absolutely worthless they should be ashamed of themselves stealing people’s money & not giving them pictures. Beyond disgusted!!!!

This app was supposed to be so great to view and keep the pics of our family vacation. I registered on their website and got my pics, but this app won’t let me log in, pull up photos...nothing. I’ll never buy their products again.

Had our picture taken on the General Jackson Showboat and received a QR code to retrieve a digital copy. The QR code led us to this app, which I downloaded. So, the thing to keep in mind is that it takes time for the photo to load, especially in this kind of setting where they literally have to set up HUNDREDS of photos at once. Hence why the first time I tried to pull up our photo nothing appeared but by the end of the evening it was there. The only reason I deducted a star is because the “login with facebook” feature didn’t work for me. Otherwise, worked exactly as it was supposed without issue.
