i cant rate this cause it cant use they said dw this app for claim the photo that i take at cablecar langkawi but it went i scan it said no image WHAT IS THIS ITS SCAM SCAM SCAM

Follow up so many times. But not responsive except on the first day. Petrosains should avoid this scam vendor.

Gambar belum claim tapi QR CODE kata dh claim.. Besau scammer.. bayar tiket KL TOWER dah le mahal, kene scammer dgn cemeraman pulak.. erm..

I tried many times to scan the QR code using the apps but nothing showed up.. And after that I tried to sign in on the website only then all the photos show up.. So I think there’s no use of this apps anyway.. All can be access on the website.. Way more convenient..

Need to register to claim the photos. Once you entered the code or qr code when you close the app, you can’t entered the same code back, only once a time. But then the photos didn’t even save to gallery or anywhere. Pls allow this app to save more than once.

I used the code given on card but message appeared on app "there are no photos associated with the code" Total disappointed

Useless apps. Wasted my time. Staff said to claim soft copy have to install apps and scan the QR code given but when i scan, it saying that the photos have been claimed. Keep on saying the same thing.

Downloaded the app to claim my photos that was taken at KL Tower but when I downloaded, they were blurry. Tried to download on browser instead and the quality is miles better. Please fix this issue.

For those who can’t save on phone quickly do it at the website.
