Certain features, for example, being able to create a charge/discharge profile for time of use tariff plans, are not available yet to Australian customers. We are forced to contact our installers. This feature is available to customers in other markets so why not release it here?

Please fix the app so that it reports Solar Production, Consumption and Self Consumption. I can see all three on the web version so I know the data is there.

The app displays all your major info and is handy for basic solar feed and usage checks BUT the standard user version has NO ability to set alerts for your inverter function. Any panel or inverter issues will only be picked up if you manually check and the go and physically inspect the system. Your inverter could be off for months and you would no no idea with no ability to set simple in App or email based alerts. Crazy and essentially unforgivable oversight for what’s one of the most expensive inverter options.

Last update 6 days ago has lost the solar production on merged graph overlay but can be seen on the split graph display The app has to be launched multiple times to get data , it stalls or take up to 60 seconds to display I was part of the beta testing and never suffered these errors

When you go and setup the billing cycle and save them it still resets to the default setting of the app

Can’t get app support. Nothing wrong with my inverter just the widget. Why can’t I get online support ? I’m enquiring about the widget for iPhone not the inverter itself. The widget last updated data on 8 mar 2024, and it’s now the 14 mar 2024. The iPhone app has updated data, just not the widget. Something is obviously wrong.

App won’t login for several weeks. Every time I enter my login details, it then reverts back to the login screen, even after update. Using a web browser, I can login successfully….

I have used this app for several years without an issue. Several months ago it started showing daily production in Wh not kWh, which means you get no information at all on daily production. The weekly, monthly production information is shown correctly in either kWh or MWh. Have removed and downloaded the app to see if that helped but it made no difference. Have tried to create a case to have it looked at but it doesn’t recognise my Inverter Serial No. Have emailed but no response. So hopefully by leaving a review here I can get an answer from someone.

I’ve owned a Solar Edge system for nearly 5 years. During this time I have asked lots of questions about why various panels are on and others are not. I have also asked why the Home Screen in the app updates regularly but the display for panel out does not. I have had no response from Solar Edge regarding these questions. I have been told that the readings for each panel output are not reliable. What is the purpose of having a n app for monitoring the PV System then? The support provided by Solar Edge has all but been non existent. I regret paying all of the money for this system and I now think going solar is not worth the expense.

The app used to work well however the app now longer shows the breakdown in graph form. It was very useful seeing my consumption broken down into from grid, battery and solar. I have emailed the developer 3 times asking for support and never heard back. It is a shame they are not responsive.
