Almost useless for old customers who use a tablet for banking. Not user friendly and crashes often

Joined your bank 2 days ago. Used your app successfully today and was quite impressed. I’m now need to do some banking and the app won’t open and tells me to download again. When I try to download, it gives me the same message on an eternal loop. If this is what banking with MSB is about I won’t be with you for long.

This app is a joke. Who’s the developer? They need to be fired for developing such crappy buggy ancient app. In what day and age does an app not utilise Face ID security? Did this bank cheap out and outsource a third world country developer, paying them 1c per hour?

I have tried out a lot of banks and this one has amazing customer service but it needs a great app to go with the amazing customer service and it is disappointing that the app has not been updated for 2 years. If you want more customers you need a better app.

Always block my account and need to callback to unlock. I couldn’t login through the app because of wrong password but I’m sure it is 100% right. Their lines are busy too. Unexpected bad UX design.

You can’t expect to retain customers when your app is this bad. There’s not even a notification when a new message has been received! Am I supposed to just login every few days and check? Seriously bad app.

You guys really need to fix login. Either Face ID it a pin will work. It is too cumbersome to have to lookup and type in my password every time I want to use the app. It is basically unusable for this reason. I like your products, but if you can’t fix this I’m going to have to move my money.

This has to be the worst app I have ever come across for a professional company. They need to spend some of there large profits on making it better it’s truly awful
