I’m so over the issues with this app. I recently upgraded my phone and successfully put the app on. Two days later I go to check my banking and it refuses my new pin. Go to de register and start again and it refuses to issues a one time password - so I have zero access to my banking info. Beyond a joke as I can’t get hold of any help!

I now get an error every time logging in with the pin….worked fine until recently need an update - getting no help via normal channels.

app don’t work. super inconvenient to have pccu as your primary bank.

useless app, can’t use it have to keep de registering the account then it still fails to login and access my accounts

Everyone in the comments has been describing issues involving having to de-register the device each login. Can’t guarantee this will work for everyone but I found as long as your device is named the same as what you name the device in app (eg: XYZ iPhone 16), it will work more reliably. App is fine aside from this obvious issue which gave me grief for 12 months or so

If apps were an indication of how good the institution is, you’d bank elsewhere.

I’ve used it for a couple of years. Works well for me. Easy and convenient.

Every time you want to use the app it says there’s an issue and you have to deregister and then reregister your device. Then it wont let you use the same pin. Waste of time using it.

These can be changed in the app and an email sent but the change is not reflected in the app. Not really user friendly having to delete and Rae-enter the transfer. Not good enough.

This app is a waste of time, every time I try to log in it doesn’t recognise my face or pin and makes me deregister the device and start again. Clearly they are not interested in being a preferred banking provider if they can’t this right, almost 12 months since the last update!
