MyTeaPal: Tea Timer & Journal

Nice way to organize teas, vendors, teaware, and tracking brews. The only knock I have is the inability to edit the log date (for those times when you’re logging a tea brew the next day)

Absolutely love this app. It’s great with logging teas, brews, notes, etc. It helps me keep track of everything in my collection and I can always look back on things. They fixed my only complaint, so I gave it a 5/5 🙂

Best tea app

Truly shocked by the good reviews. It’s been a long time since an app has been so unusable for me. Every time I tried to sign in it would freeze and I would have to reopen several times. Eventually I succeeded in making an account. But then searching for a tea was impossible as there were no results for even the simplest searches. Realized eventually that it defaults to filtering results to teas you have reviewed before…even if it’s a brand new account. So I remove the filter. My tea doesn’t show up, so I’m encouraged to add it to the database. I try to do so…only to encounter the same freezing as when I tried making an account. Deleted the app after less than fifteen minutes of attempted use.

I can’t make a post without it freezing and crashing on me. Because I can’t use it as intended, it gets a 1 star. I really hope the developer will update this app but seems like it’s been a year.

Been using this app for little over a year now and find it essential. I love being able to keep notes and track what teas are in my stash, as well as checking out what others are drinking in the community. Having an issue recently where opening entries for teas and logs will cause the app to crash. I can’t access certain entires anymore. Hoping there is a solution as I don’t won’t to lose any notes.

Really an amazing and extensive tea app. I have my tea in drawers so this not only allows me to browse my teas and tea ware, but tracks all your sessions, connects you to friends and community, and integrates tea education and a tasting club should you wish join. And to boot, the developer Vincent is a great person and attracts likeminded kind souls.

Please make a way to turn off the streaks. I need to rush to log my midnight brews. If I don’t get it in before midnight it counts towards the next day. I don’t care at all about streaks, I know I drink tea everyday. I do care about logging the teas I drink on the day I drink them.
