This app is BLOATED with features it doesn’t need and shouldn’t be there. I don’t need to be assaulted with popup ads when I start and I don’t want to check in and get rewards. I just want to buy data for my devices. Make another app that has all these other social rewards features and ads. Just give me a very simple place to manage my current data and buy more. That’s all this app should do.

The app spam you with far too many notifications. I also wrote this to express my frustration for Telkomsel in general. I consider it as a SPAM company. Every single day I received promotional text that I can’t unsubscribe. I hope someone in telkomsel read this and reconsider their spammy business practices.

Now we are having difficulty to login to the app because we never received the link verification through SMS while currently out of the country using WiFi only. This app used to be very easy to use. Not anymore. This app represent exactly like the famous quote in Indonesia “Kalo bisa disusahkan, ngapain digampangkan?”
It’s getting harder to use this app, bugs and errors, layers of popups that meant to be helpful but only slow everything and hard to close. Can’t even do a simple transaction to pay for my bill without closing popups and “helpful” info bubbles to then get an error message to restart the app and just wasting hours, and still can’t buy a data package as I’m running out of internet. Will probably have to go use WiFi somewhere because will run out of my data internet today. And that’s been for several months, buttons and interface and payment options s keep changing so to keep me confused on purpose, just dreading every time I have to pay my Telkomsel bill. Zero stars.
