Вперше скористалась сервісом. Взяли гроші за зареєстрований багаж, але не змогли його зареєструвати, бо взагалі не змогли зареєструвати на рейси. Ввели в системи авіакомпаній мої дані, переплутавши імʼя та прізвище. Що в сумі? Самостійна реєстрація на рейси, ще й ускладнена тим, що по прізвищу не шукає (бо замість нього - імʼя!), неповернення грошей за оплату багажу (тобто - подвійна його оплата). Одним словом - це якийсь печерний сервіс. Ніколи більше!

I was travelling home in August 2023. Because of a technical problem I was asked by the company to pay once again for the baggage, although I paid it when was buying a ticket. They told they would return the money. Now is February 2, 2024, but they keep saying to wait for their team to contact me. So neither “team’s” reply nor money.

Заказала билет в интернете на этом сайте в аэропорту сказали что места нет ждите пока место освободится в итоге надо было доплачивать за место. С*ки The thieves! Why withdraw money if you couldn't give a seat! I will write a complaint against you and as a company I will give you a bad recommendation. I booked a ticket a month in advance, but they couldn’t give it out specifically to pay extra at the airport!

In general app is good, however can not change neither language nor currency. There is no such option in the settings…have tried to reinstall the app, didn’t help.

this is my worst experience with a flight booking service. our family bought an additional service that supposedly guarantees a refund for the ticket if I cancel the flight. paid $70+ for this service. As a result, we had to cancel the flight. support service promised us a voucher within 7 business days. this period has passed. We were not given a voucher. support either says that we are not supposed to have a voucher, then it says that our issue is in some department there. They tell us to wait for more and it is not clear how long. but I don’t remember that in the description of the service something like “we don’t know when we will return your voucher to you, but we will definitely pass your question on to the department” was written. To be honest, I think they just don't want to return the money. they are just playing for time so that we get tired of complaining and come to terms with the loss. don't repeat our mistakes. do not book extras that "guarantee" a refund.

Деньги списывает сразу , билет ожидал более 24 часов ! В случае чатов с поддержкой - из пустого в порожнее ! Вернули максимально быстро деньги , но третий по счёту чат поддержки. Восхваляют свою команду , но это сборище бедолаг не понимающих что от них хотят.

Я купила билеты в этой программе и до сих пор мне не отправили билеты. Вылет через пару часов. Когда ты звонишь в поддержку, то ты должен ждать от 20 минут и знаете что было?) Консультант спросил номер бронирования и сразу после этого кинул трубку. Программа ужасная. Никому не рекомендую покупать билеты через неё.

Скасували рейси по причині віни в Україні. Пройшло 4 місяці а вони все не можуть повернути гроші, хоча авіакомпанії відписали що повернення одобрили
