Not user friendly like the BWH/DFCI

Every time we log in, we still have to type ID & password. Are we living in 2010? Or developers are just lazy?

In the apps iPhone menu there is an option to link with Apple Watch. It reads open this app on the Apple Watch. There is absolutely no way to open this app on the Apple Watch as it just does not exist on the Apple Watch!! How could this be missed? I just don’t get it.. Awful and upsetting. Also, this app has an error while trying the connect to MyChart. The error reads as follows; Error #: «span class="bold"> 13≤/span><br /›Error: «span class="bold">Type mismatch≤/span><br/>Source: «span class="bold">EWPFrameWork06</span>

Stop updating the app every two months get right the first time

I've been unable to log in since the day I downloaded this app (over a year now). I can log in just fine on the web, but the same credentials here? Nothing. Just the same error message over and over: "Something went wrong! Please try after sometime" [sic] (basic login problem aside, I think the typo in such a front and center error message goes a long way to show just how little care and attention has been put into the app)

whether on a browser or app, myTuftsMed is a royal pain in the neck. It asks for verification codes that it never sends via texts and yes my data is correct. I’m not going to wait hours for a code to be sent

Tufts would like users to trust their security. However, they can no more guarantee their system won’t be breached than the DOD can guarantee that their data systems won’t be breached. Why should I risk clicking on a link that they send to me if they won’t click on a link that I send to them. Their philosophy of, “Trust us” has as much traction as any of the many large companies that have had breaches to which they only apologize for after the damage is done.
