Patient Gateway

Great access to test results and appointment schedule. Logging in requires a couple of unnecessary extra steps, why not go to Face ID immediately (if it’s already been setup), rather than having to first click to go to Patient Gateway, then click again to use Face ID. The Healthwise test information is often uninformative and useless. I can’t believe they pay for this service. I could write better content. Messaging system is too limited and does not allow contact with schedulers and other providers (NPs, etc.)

If they could add a family calendar to help organize appointment with parents who have multiple children will have two families would be great so when appointments get posted on the portal that they automatically go onto a calendar to help organize growing families, that would be very helpful as I am a parent with five kids. I need a little bit of help. It would be helpful if it had its own calendar within the portal almost automatically, sucking it to the appointment portal to post on the calendar for easy of you would be nice.

Contains all your health information, except your insurance info when you are doing an e-check in, which is very annoying and could be easily fixed.

I like using gateway because I can see all my tests and it reminds me of all my appointments.

The Gateway App has provided a great means of efficient communication between me, my doctor and the clinic. No more waiting on hold to schedule or cancel appointments, and messaging my health care providers has never been easier.

I often get error messages that logon is not available. Even at times when the Gateway opens up, an error message will pop up that my information is not available and I need to log on again. It’s annoying and I worry that this problem will happen when I am trying to login for a virtual meeting with a doctor.

Gateway is the best and the fastest way to communicate with the health system

The Patient Gateway is fantastic. It is easy to navigate, comprehensive, and monitored frequently. It's an easy way for me to feel comfortable that I am keeping up with my healthcare as a patient, and I'm sure it's a more efficient way for providers to communicate with patients. I appreciate all the work that is put into maintaining it.

Patient Gateway is great. So easy to use. I just made an appointment with my Doctor, and scheduled lab tests and an EKG. All results are on here immediately when ready. I can read my Doctors notes, send her messages, ask questions. I’m not a techie by any means. I can get lost in my email. But this is so simple to navigate. If I can do it, you can too!!
