Apo ni apps tak ada service lak. Orang nak check data lahhhh tolonglahhhh bughok giler apps korang ni.

Bad app management. always pop up massage said please try again later we will find you a better server. Later happen same thing

I already installed this apps this apps cannot give good service. now I log this app but cannot login the customer service is not good actually they ignore foreigner

Tried 10 times and still cannot login

i topuped and it didnt update my money, so i topup again and still the same problem and i cant buy the add ons from the app because of it

The apps suddenly error and turn off automatically. when i try to open it, it want me to login again.. but every time I request the OTP it says something wrong.. but the otp code still send at my message.. please fix you burden me as a daily user of umobile.

For some reason my money not showed on the first page (the blance part). I had to use other way to check my balance which the code one *118#. Today my sister gave me money, i got the notification but on apps never showed the balance. The code way also not show my money balance… but for some reason i already have internet.. and can open other apps without any issue (my internet end today). Can you fix the bug? Or anything pls

Thiss app is fking slow

takes long time just to load the home. even when to view the bill history it load for a very long time. please optimise the UI for this app..
