It seems like the designers of this UI were intentionally trying to frustrate the client. At the very least, allow us to copy and paste card numbers into one field! Come on. This isn’t the 90’s

This is probably the worst app I have ever used in Malaysia. It doesn’t allow self registration and is built to antagonise the user than aiding. I don’t know why such a big provider as U Mobile seek to launch such a clunky app. This is the end for me as I will be switching to another provider.

Tried for 2 days to upload details for sim - absolute waste of money 😡

Upgraded and lost all login details. Had to reset but never received sms code - tried several times

Iv just downloaded this app but I cant even set it up or log into it to actually use it as it wont accept my phone number for some bizarre reason!!! Iv tried to set up my account but got blocked at the first/simple hurdle!!!! Enter your phone number, which I did again & again & again but it just would not accept my number!!! Cant get the pin code sent to me if the stupid thing wont accept my phones number in order to be able to send me the pin code in the first place!!!! Stupid waste of time n complete false advertising!!! Claiming its so simple to use!!! I wudnt know how simple it is to use as its IMPOSSIBLE TO LOGIN TO ACTUALLY USE IT!!!! 😡😡😡

This app is convenient for me to pay my bills or change mobile plans easily without having me to call the tech support or go to their store. Easy and simple app to use to check usage, current bills.

Very bad and needs updating every 2 seconds

Just download the apps since newly bought sim. Try for 3 days doesn’t even allow login through the app but i manage the the same username on website.booooo

I accidentally stood on my pizza and it burns

Tried three times today to top up credit constant errors. Tried later in the day and it says there’s an update and now the app doesn’t work at all. Wouldn’t be difficult to test updates before they’re released.
