Unable to sign in This error repeatedly not a problem with username email or password they sent me. Unable to update information using the app repeatedly referred to the app through the website and phone calls. Don’t waste your time.

After I wrote all the details, app crashes, I was at the end of the work , everything got deleted, please invest on the updates

Requires you to contact an admin to gain access to your profile. I am admin of my file, there is no way to gain access for the app through the wcb.ab website. So you’re stuck waiting on hold trying to submit information on your claim.

Since the last update the app will not open. Goes to to title screen and then close immediately. Update Dec 19 2023 Got a response from the devs and they said they are working on a fix but suggested deleting and reinstalling the app, that worked for me! So try that it may or may not help but it did for me!

App was maxing but hasn’t work in a week or two! Please fix

The app glitches out the moment you try to open it. Been happening approximately 2-3 weeks already
