I felt so disrespected by their customer service unwilling to provide any kind of support. Henriette called with me twice and was so rude. This is my first time leaving a review for any app ever. When the charging port does not work and the app tells you to return, then just do not do that ever. If you pay to go open the car and it still doesn’t work, there won’t be any support possible. Save the trouble and pay the fine. Henriette was unable to tell me exactly what the fine was as a customer service agent. If there is something wrong with the charging station itself, you have to call the charging port company on your own, basically doing their job for them. Unless the car is fully charged the whole business model just doesn’t work. They could really spare the blame on people trying to use electric vehicles for the first time and actually help them when they call.

I keep getting logged out, very annoying. But now I even cannot log in anymore, it gets stuck at applying the sms verification code. It’s also still quite expensive and they don’t present their prices with or without fixed pay clearly.

De auto moet terug in zijn eerste parkeer plek dit is schandalig terwijl ze hebben overal parkeerplaatsen.

Duidelijke app. Simpel om te zien waar en welke auto’s beschikbaar zijn en raming van de kosten. Ook zie je per auto vanaf welke leeftijd je de auto kunt boeken. Helpt enorm om gebruik te maken van deelauto’s. Daardoor rijden we elektrisch, wat met prive auto financieel niet mogelijk was. Goed voor t klimaat dus.

Ik wacht al meer dan een maand op een ingediend bezwaar. Stelletje amateurs.

Though the cars are more available than competitors in the area, the service is terrible. The cars are dirty and damaged, people definitely smoke inside. The electric cars allegedly have a city-wide permit but I got a parking fine regardless that their support is lazy to explain - they just forwarded the fine, doesn't even explain or respond on the thread I started immediately with them.

De afgelopen tijd is de app steeds slechter geworden. Ik kan niet meer gebruik maken van google maps (ja, met mijn iphone) om naar de auto te gaan. Ik gebruik Apple maps NIET! Ik word ook steeds uitgelogd zonder reden..

Na overname Amber is de service van enkele ritten niet meer mogelijk. Zoals in de reacties te zien is, ben ik niet de enige. Veel gebruikers onterecht verloren, en de tip om bij het testen van deze functie ook juist nieuwe gebruikers mee te nemen, dan had het anders uitgepakt. De app zelf werkt goed, maar ik kan hem helaas niet meer gebruiken dus alsnog 2 sterren.
