Whenever I select station app thrown an error “business time over please try again”. I login again and retry but same issue.
Needs improvement
Not able to top up my card. Very much room for improvement.

App crashes when ever I try to book tickets online.And card top up facility is still not available.

Everytime I enter the route, it immediately closes. Everytime I have to visit a station to get a ticket.

This is what the ticket booking official said to me If the employees are against the app then why don’t you shut this down. I was not getting qr but had transaction history
