Very bad waiting time to have my prescription taken drom the pharmacy, calling customer service support without any help

The reports should be there to be downloaded and every dr ‘s prescriptions and comments are to be shown to the user.

No mitigation plans for the application in case of system down to serve patients.

Bad Service

Waited for long time but doctor Majdi Nassar didn’t join. I sent message to doctor but no reply. The whole point of having this service is the convenience and to save time, if the doctors do not respect the time commitment then why do we need this service?
