I have created my account, after suspected actions of this company I have deleted the app immediately!! NOT SECURE!! I don't know, if your #shareholders know, how you handle your business like a swarm of spies and how you treat your customers and how you handle the customer privacy to obtain privacy information is not related to your business!! I don't believe you and I dont trust your companies privacy policy! I hope your #Shareholders are aware of the situation of, how you treat yr customers, about your management who most likely have no respect of the customer data privacy!! Like CIA, Most likely you are the CIA!! P.S: My account was, even I had purchased a domain via regular cc service and paid, with no reason my account was disabled and it took several days to enable service again with investigations. Even if I am verified with your service, and am able purchase w/ other providers, my purchases are still being refused of service by your company. I mean, if you have all relevant and verified information, why do you refuse service and what privilegs are required using your service. What do you need further then others, what is not provided and for what? You register by ICANN, like others and the safety regulations are set there. What is the investigation you follow, that is not regulated there and why? In my opinion, my privacy is 1st priority for me, within legal circumstances and I await my privacy to be respected from all!! I am handling legal, on a legal basis and I don’t want to be spied out from anywhere unknown with any investigations, as I don’t like this!!

Customer support improved by hiring people from Ukraine but still the user interface and experience needs to be updated!

After years of smooth operation, the app is now unusable. I’m stuck in a partially logged-in state where I can’t see my domains, but the app thinks I’m logged in. Attempts to reauthenticate result in an orange screen for several minutes before returning to the login form. I also couldn’t report the issue to Apple because the transaction lacks a receipt. Very frustrating.

I have been using NAMECHEAP, for many years. I control over 100 domains, using this service. It’s conveniently priced per dot com domain If they don’t have the dot com; I can easily get .net, .info, .co, or .org Their integration with PrivateEmail is seamless. Allowing me to quickly get a professional email address, and synchronize everything with my iPhone Their Customer service, chat function is very amenable to quick solutions, workable tutorials, and professional interactions. As a budding entrepreneur; I recommend NAMECHEAP, to all of my business owners friends, and associates.

Consistently frustrating to use. Currently it’s the 2FA part of the app that doesn’t work which prevents me from seeing any of the domains in my account. I can register a new domain however that’s the only thing the app is currently good for. The last time I was able to use all of the app’s touted functionality was YEARS ago. For years now, the 2FA UI and related integration within the app reveals an impressive level of incompetence with this dev team.

Having not even spent 30 seconds in the app, I still somehow feel compelled to commend the dev. You let me search for a domain without any sign in or hijinks. May your shining example gleam upon those building such things.

I’ve used Namecheap for years, and received an email saying some of my domains were going to automatically renew. I so redownload this app, select the domains I don’t want to renew. When I go back to the domains, they are right back to being set to renew again. The app isn’t allowing me to easily turn off renewal. This is one of the main features of this app. It has to be intentional to make a bit more money. This one simple purposely placed problem has ruined their integrity. It’s worse than when companies make you have to call to get out of a subscription plan. They are hoping you won’t or are too lazy to so they can make a few extra bucks.
