Orders take way too long to process

طلبت استرجاع منتج حتي الان شهرين لم استرد قيمه المبلغ وكل مره اكلمهم أتلقي نفس الرد سوف نقوم برفع الشكوي للجهه المختصه للرد عليكي ولا يتم الرد او التواصل مره اخري مع العلم تاني مره تحصل معايا في خلال سنه خدمه سيئه جدا واخر مره اتعامل معاكم ولا انصح اي حد يتعامل معاهم

It’s the best, but the COD charges are too high! And I wish that they could make the minimum amount for free delivery is 20 BHD same like before.. or make it free for orders above 20 BHD. Thank you

I filed a complaint, had a chat with a customer care representative but this app is still not working. Pathetic app and service

I tried to delete and upload again still not working

For the past week the app is crashing and can't access Namshi neither through the app or through the website.. I tried 2 different phones and a laptop but in vain .Tried contacting costumer service but they were of no help they are just saying that they are working on it or they had contacted me but no answer( which they did not) . It's a shame as Namshi was one of my favourite apps for online shopping.

My Namshi app is always crashing.

Whenever i try to open it says could not fetch category try again. Buggy app, cannot login nor shopping

Who so ever is reading kindly don't buy from this application I ordered from this app where they sold fake shoes to me when I return that back and claim my money to be transferred in my bank account they are just making excuses Haitham is there aganet who spoke to me and send me a mail and scammed me I am trying to call call center but they dont pick my call there intagram some robots reply with previously typed massages
