It was my first time ordering online, and my experience was not good. Their tagline is “fast delivery, it will take 24-48 hours,” but I received my order 2 weeks later! The item I ordered was supposed to be a gift, but because of the delay in their delivery, it was ruined! Won’t use this up every again!!!!

I ordered phone pouch and I received a different model of the same brand so I return it and they exchanged with another wrong item an iphone case. The agents are not that helpful.

The experience brought by this company is nerve racking. They don’t care if your order will take a month or maybe a year to be shipped. No updates, NOTHING. Wallah. In the end, they’ll cancel your order. Terrible service.

I downloaded this app yesterday and it was my first time using this app application. so I ordered two pair of shoes yesterday I received my parcel today but the thing is when I was opening my package I saw the wrong color of shoes which which is a terribly hated color. So i skip the first package and I opened the other one, and this time the color is right but the thing is, it has a little stain on it. I was really really excited as I received the parcel, but it turns on to disappointment. However, I totally understand the error that they made. I wish you NAMSHI will fix this kind of problem.

I love Namshi but I am not able to order using my phone number? The carrier option for the contact number is too limited. I asked a favor to my friend so that I can order, please have it updated.
