I had the worst experience ever. I am actually a customer and had made several orders before and it was fine. On the 2nd of July, I made an order. I am in the UAE, so i know it takes less than a week. But I waited 1 week, 2 weeks, called namshi several times for support. No support at all! They started blaming me(wrong number & location) as if it is the first time i ordered. Then, it was the issue from noon. After several attempts, i requested to cancel the order and get a refund in the namshi wallet. Since, on the 26th of July im waiting for this refund. When I call, they tell me they are still waiting to receive the items in their warehouse. Like common!! Worst customer service, honestly. And what i am asking for is my right. It's their mistake, and they won't own up to it. So, bottom line, scammers !!
I had the worst experience ever. I totally do not recommend this application. I waited 21 days for my order and out of nowhere they canceled some items I haven’t received my order till now ,at this point I lost hope ,please do you research before ordering anything from this application. It takes them forever to reply, and they don’t even have a phone number to contact them. The items they canceled from my order, I needed them for a special occasion, I waited for 21 days for my order to arrive, but it didn’t. so disappointed. please don’t do my mistake.
I have ordered a jogging pants Tommy Hilfiger and i have received a tee-shirt also i have ordered a hoodies Tommy Hilfiger S size and i have received XL in addition to that my ordered was subdivided into 2 shipment one of then i have received and the other one jot yet from 3 days and i am traveling tomorrow .
I am surprised how you are going to generate loyal customers with the worth after sale service!
I received a missing items in my order then they asked to return the items back, I did, but till now they didn’t ship the other shipment. 37 days till now, I sent many emails but they only show apologies without any action. Customer service in Noon and Amazon is much better
Order came wrong! Even paid more than it’s stated on the app! Such a bad experience
