Nando’s SA – Food Order

My address for delivery was not accepted even though I’m less than a kilometre from the store.

It’s almost 2025 and we still can’t order for a sit-down on the App. We have to order Collection, Call and wait 16hrs for the automated prompts before it goes to the outlet, race to the outlet if we can’t get them, before they pack it for take-away. Otherwise it’s a good comprehensive menu and awesome App

This app needs more work it keeps reconnecting

Tried to order, picked my address. It doesn’t cater for all. What do you mean “no store can take my order” while I am in the biggest Suburb???????

The app rarely allows us to place orders. More especially after 7pm. This is despite the fact that at least 5 stores around only close at 10pm. We are then forced to place orders via Uber or MrD, which has extra costs. This appears to be done on purpose, but as to for what reason, we do not understand because it’s only prejudicial to customers. Please assist. Thank you.

Please add ice cream to the menu

The extra prices are ridiculous considering that I still need to pay for delivery

Despite approving on bank app it still fails and unless you back to app you don’t see that.

When we request extra sauce an weldone it’s ignored
