Long wait in Edinburgh!! No cars available
Emerald card member. Pre booked car for 12.00 Arrive at Edinburgh airport National car hire desk. Long queue, long wait , friendly staff.told....No cars available Go to wait with many others. 45 minutes later still no car!! Hmmmm
Must input flight number
I rent a car from London king cross train station, how do I have flight number?! Ridiculous design Calendar has been wrong for months!
Frustrating
Not intuitive, selective in its inclusion of your reservations I'm struggling to see the value of this APP versus the competitors.
Needs a bit more work
Date and day for bookings are not matched when selecting plus nowhere on the rental agreement is the booking reference so the App doesn't update and when you need to search you need the number from the email. Think it needs a bit more thought guys
Decent app simple errors
Need a bit of work - car category abbreviations are great for a frequent user bit not for novice. Please fix days/dates in booking calendar!
Waste of Time!
If this App is for the USA and Canada why Allow users in the UK to Download it? It's a complete waste of time.
App is broken
App does not work. Unresponsive when opened and crashes immediately.
You are Gated to sign up
You need to be a member to view past receipts.
Inability to Add Payment via App
Unable to edit the credit card in the app. Continues to go back to zip code error. Doesnt work. Needs fixed. Cant add my AmEx card.
