I have over 2000 points and use enterprise all the time. Spend alot of money and everytime I go to reclaim and use my points it says this location doesn’t allow? Then which location does? Norwich, Liverpool, Dover, Southampton and Newcastle. None of them allow. Not great

Great easy booking

The app will not accept debit cards. Fair enough. Registered my credit card. Paid for a previous hire in advance, deposit at pick up and extra roadside cover on the day with same details. Now try to book again and pay in advance and it won’t accept it. Very frustrating. Good job the staff in Banbury branch are so helpful

Can’t complete any booking , whenever I submit the payment I get some messages , “failed , additional information required MID number , claim number, payment “ no idea what any of these numbers relate to and all card information is filled in .

Enterprise worst ever company took my money twice went to collect no vehicles available. Holding my mo ey for 10 days still no refund. I want to put 0 stars but there is no such option. Do not I am telling DO NOT book and pay upfront you will waist your precious time trying to recover your money. Financial ombudsman should be investing this business. God knows how many upfront payments they take and hold for days for other people. Rotten business Stay Away especially for van rental

App is not working today, will not let me register or book a vehicle and even the help section within the app just shows a blank white page, hopefully they will get it fixed soon

Easy and cheap to rent cars and vans

Got a call 30mins to pick up that there was no vehicle available for me at the scheduled time. I was told an extra 4 hours was needed. Not good enough!

Always first class service and help me out while my cars off the road.
