I have updated the app. Now I want to login however, it is not responding nither the NBP officials are responding to solve the issue. Pathetic .

I just wonder who approved and recommended the new user interface. This interface doesn’t allow to add accounts by copy pasting and you need to chose bank first and account later. There is no list of added account in payment option rather you need to chose the bank. Terrible

The name of the sender/ source does not appear in the transaction or the credited amount. It creates a problem for the user. Kindly add this feature. It will be helpful.

Every time i used the option of creating virtual card, it gives an error! Fix the error please !

My NBP digital app not working after updating to new version. After clicking it’s icon appear but suddenly close by itself without warning any kind of issue. Even I reinstalled the app.Show some grace to resolve the issue in a professional way
