Nice and User Friendly Feature

There is an option to send account statement to email. However, it never works and doesn’t send any email. Kindly make it functional or add an option to generate account statement in PDF form within the app.

Thank you for fulfilling the long awaited inclusion of utility bills payment option for IESCO. It’s been however almost over a month that IESCO utility bill paying isn’t working and only gives out an error that says, “not available at this time, please try again”. My guess, it could be some bug that isn’t allowing the feature to work. Keep up the good work and see if you could fix the issue. Thanks.

Your msgs on debit or credit of an amount should mention a/c number & it’s source. Abbreviations such as “UBP-NBP digital” be avoided. Common client, such as me, do not know what they stand for?

It crashes a lot - whenever trying to check balance, app becomes hang. Every time shows msg * N/A N/A Kindly do work sincerely. And oftenly ATM also don’t work. Please improve your system. If regarding persons are not capable of this, then fire them and hire a technical candidates.

I get it. The app developers have vowed to keep IESCO consumers out of paying their bills through this app. It’s useless to keep on requesting for it.

I like the updated version. Thanks NBP for updating the boring interface. However it would be more user friendly if you could increase the font size or could introduce the option of increasing font size as it is not legible with a naked eye for persons above 40.

Improved a lot. But still IESCO bill payment option not there.

The two much needed features are missing from your app - a virtual card and utility bill payment for IESCO. Please respond.
