You have saved my life, brought two of my grandsons into this world and is ran/operated so well from a business standpoint to employees who help with directions on campus to a team of doctors who answer questions in a timely manner. It is what health care should be. Patients being treated as valuable customers.

The app would be beneficial if surgery date/time were included along with providing patients daily information. Ability to order hospital meals.

The Nebraska Med patient portal is the easiest, most efficient one I have used!! Love it!

Service providers are nice and good. They take care of patients and do respect them by treating in easy and nice way.

I have been receiving treatment for 5 years for a life threatening condition. I have received treatment from multiple physicians, nurses, and support staff in multiple specialties. Every encounter with each staff member has been positive in every aspect to include treatment from front desk staff to the visit with the medical staff. I am so appreciative of the fantastic medical care that I have received for the best quality of life possible!

Dr Edogun and Joe the nurse were very courteous and thorough today. They were very helpful and patient when answering my many questions.

I’ve been being treated by a specialist at UNMC who recommended I use this app if I ended up having issues with respiratory infections again since the hospitals in Lincoln have incompetent emergency departments that have a history of misdiagnosing things a first year med student could, so I gave it a shot. Some PA told me that she couldn’t let me see a dr as I needed to be seen in person, even though a doctor who is MUCH her senior that works at the med center TOLD ME to use the app. Really unhappy because I’m still sick and I can’t even get word to my treating doctor through the app DESIGNED to do that. I mean that is what this app advertises itself as a way to treat minor things. Because of my IgG deficiency I get respiratory infections at least once a month. This is minor and what the treating provider said to do. I guess some want-to-be doctor PA gets to overrule the advice of a doctor with decades of experience. It makes me doubt UNMC’s competence overall if they can’t keep their promises their providers make to patients. Honestly I don’t think PAs should be treating patients anyway, I’ve never received but subpar care from them and been misdiagnosed.

I have been a loyal, Nebraska medicine patient for more than five years, and I always feel like I am getting the best care. I hear horror stories from friends who go other places and it makes me feel so good to know that the doctors I see are all excellent.
