THIS IS WHAT SETS NEBRASKA MEDICINE APART FROM OTHER MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO MY CARE PHYSICIAN AND THE NURSING STAFF FOR THEIR KINDNESS, ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY CERTAINLY ARE THE BACKBONE OF THIS INCREDIBLE MEDICAL INSTITUTION. FOR ME NEBRASKA MEDICINE IS NOT JUST A HOSPITAL IT IS A COMMUNITY OF HEALERS AND ADVOCATES WHO GENUINELY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS OUTCOMES AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE. I FOR ONE WOULD NOT CHOOSE OR SEEK MEDICAL CARE ELSEWHERE BECAUSE NEBRASKA MEDICINE, MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN, AMONG VARIOUS OTHER PHYSICIANS AND NURSING STAFF HAD AND CONTINUE TO HAVE POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TOP CARE WITH HUMAN TOUCH THEN I WOULD NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. NEBRASKA MEDICINE IS THE GOLD STANDARD. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THE EXCEPTIONAL CARE I CONTINUE TO RECEIVE. Though I appreciate being able to get into my records, I received regular alerts suggesting I have new labs, or new bills, or new communication of some sort when, in fact, there is no new information and I have taken five minutes out of my day for nothing.

They changed the pharmacy app to this one and I was having trouble ordering my refills. The female pharmacist at Bellevue (sorry, don’t know her name but she’s short with glasses and reddish hair) took the time to show me how to go to the right section and order refills. The app I’m used to is actually inside this new app! Plus I can see my doctor appointments and lab results.

The pharmacy does a great job taking care of my prescriptions and delivering them on time.

This helps so much in conversing with doctors and nurses on simple questions you need answered in a fast turnaround. Test results are also very easy to understand.

Dr. Woodward was very thorough with the examination and explained everything in terms I could understand. I’m very impressed with Dr Woodward. I’m looking forward to our next appointment.

When I add a visit reminder, and have many to add, for some reason your app only allows one. If I swipe to close the app and then go back and start again it allows another reminder to be added, but just one! I called about this while I was in chemo and radiology for cancer. I would have 7 to 8 appointments a week so extremely irritating and I'm sick, I don't feel like closing then signing back in to add one appointment over and over!
