I was in the process of paying a bill and this ad popped up before I can proceed with my payment, in the middle of my payment process it said “you’re all set” so I went on about my day. Check my bank statement and $54.11 was taken out of my account and my original purchase was not made. These people really need to do better with paying online because one day someone is gonna be homeless because of mishaps like this! I don’t want this, don’t use it and yet I may be stuck with it for a whole darn year🤬
i used to love this app but they completely changed it and it’s just a giant ad now for you to pay for their app. it’s frustrating because they even changed the charts so i can’t even view my chart like i used to anymore and it’s a pretty useless app if you don’t pay for it.
Everything costs money now! Don’t bother

I bought a small reading for about $14. It was 1395 then somehow I get charged 2999 $30 for what I was just trying to continue to get my reading not having additional charges for no reason I got a reading for three minutes that they disconnected so why am I being charged $30 extra when I dont eve't have full access to the app at all? This is why I dont like purchasing from random apps because you can never get a hold of someone or speak to them. I hate dealing with the email and text.
So many tech issues trying to type in the app, which just eats up credits. I’ve been a customer for over a year and when these issues started a month or so ago, support hasn’t responded at all. I’ve tried emailing and when I use “Contact Us” in the app (which the website instructs you to do), I just get connected with an AI bot that shoves irrelevant articles at me based on key words. I’ve tried updating the app and my phone, no improvement. At this point, I just want my credits back since I can’t use them if I can’t type. Be careful buying the credits in bulk I guess, you never know when these tech issues may arise.
Wanted to love this app but btwn the bait n switch to get money from ppl and while in the app everything is nickeled and dimed I had the app for less than a day. Then had to deal with getting my money back in which of course it can be taken in seconds but getting it back is a diff story. Customer service is fine. As you can see on other complaints they will comment things are “clearly stated” however upon talking to customer service on insta having them admit to the app switching the choice to the 50 dollar option bc it’s “preferred” is an issue … there should be no switching from the persons original choice of the free trial etc right before the person moves forward. This is a clear trick and needs to be fixed if this isn’t unintentional… however I can imagine getting close to 50 bucks from multiple users wouldn’t be turned down regardless. In the end if you have the money floating for this app I guess it could be fun, but in todays world clarity and ease is what makes a strong app long term. I’m glad other ppl are enjoying it though.
I signed up for a “3 day free trial” and was charged a $49.99 membership fee. I contacted support and was told to contact Apple because they do not handle refunds and that they charge the full fee when signing up for a trial. WHAT A SCAM. That is not a free trial, I have not been able to get my money back and I do not plan on using any more Apple services. This is a total scam. I only rated a 1 star because I had no other option. I did contact Apple and my refund request was denied. The answer to my review is not valid as I did follow those steps.
I tried to ask for help, but the AI kept asking the same questions and not helping me with my questions.
