Scam to auto bill you US$39.00 after trial!!! I have already reached out to customer service and they mentioned that they have cancelled the subscription and yet I received another billing of US$39.00 again after my account have been cancelled!!! I have reached out again to the customer service to request for refund and if this is not resolved I will submit police report!!!

This app is out to scam you. If you want the quiz report you answered 30 questions for (after seeing the ad on insta) you ain’t getting it, even after paying.

I have to say the number of psychics in there to speak to is great and not to mention the information it gives about your horoscope all in details love it thank you :)

Do not download this app! It is a scam! I tried making one transaction only & now ended up with three unauthorized charges on my card. Stay away please!!

They try to charge you for things that you did not request, in my case a 1 year subscription. That should not be allowed Apple it’s being very good and refunded everything. I’m still checking about a new $65 charge few days ago. Strange since I haven’t even used the app. Do not fall for this is a scam

This app automatically charge fee of 50$ even though i dont subcribe any plan. If I did accidentally, why dont send a confirmation? I just sign up an account and didn’t implement anything then. It gives me a sense of being scammed.

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Nebula app due to an unauthorized subscription charge. I was billed for a service I did not consciously subscribe to, which is a serious violation of user consent and trust. Despite checking my monthly app subscriptions in my Apple ID, I did not receive any notifications or alerts about renewals. This lack of transparency is concerning and gives the impression of a hidden charge, which is not a practice I have encountered with other apps. When I reached out to customer service to resolve this issue, I was met with inadequate support. The absence of a swift, satisfactory resolution to such a serious issue is a testament to the poor customer service provided by Nebula. This experience has left me feeling deceived and disappointed. I strongly believe that transparency and respect for user consent should be a priority for any app. Unfortunately, my experience with Nebula suggests otherwise. I hope that my feedback will prompt Nebula to review their subscription practices and improve their customer service. THIS NEBULA thing is lowkey trying to cheat customers money , they purposely put LOW prices for their readings but then secretly charge you more than what you paid for, they will then send you the email for the result you paid for and even an extra reading that you did not pay for to make it seem like you paid for it so they would not be at a loss, the support team even had the audacity to say that they will refund 50% of what was unknowingly taken even though you never authorised it !! They don't have a open line for customer team so therefore you have to DIG through to send a REQUEST letter for them to respond. They will then only process your refund because they are hoping you would forget about it and make sure it's a loss cost! They also make it hard to access the cancelations of subscription. So do look up the website thoroughly to cancel and then do search REFUND on the part where it says "asknebula 365" something like that. I have gotten back my refund and I am saying this to help anyone who got charged without permission. Hope this helps :) But I do hope that they do not do such things again to customers as it’s so deceiving , I would give props to their fast replies .
