Now eBay and nectar as stopped there’s no point in me shopping at Sainsbury. I was shopping there n got them through eBay so now there’s no point.

Didn’t update my nectar points!
can’t updated the points recently , even after few days! Always say come back later! Please fix it.
Makes the easy difficult
Been trying to register my card for months. Every time get an error message of some kind. Given up, just go to Tescos now.
Absolutely useless
Use same email I know I have an account with as I always get the nectar emails there and have used plenty of times before. Won’t let me log in. Says no email address linked to an account. When I go to create an account says email already exists in their platform ???? Ridiculous process full of bugs and live chat is useless. Zero stars

We’ve just got £50+ off a Ninja air fryer with our Nectar points. It’s nice to know that our customer loyalty counts for something - and the reward partners like Sainsbury’s, H&M, JD Sports and Argos are great!
Keeps logging out
Have saved the card to my wallet as the app keeps logging me out. I’ve lost count of the times I’ve had to try to log back I , change my password etc. a truly awful app
Works a ‘Nectar’ treat!
Nice application. Works well. Also, good to get something back in these financially testing times!
Amazing use
It’s so practical and easy to use on your phone and I love I don’t have to hold my nectar card everywhere also it keeps count on my points and what new offers there are
Unable to login
Every time I click log in nothing happens
Doesn’t work on older iPhones
Imagine the arrogance of the IT geek who updated the app and made it so that it works only on newer iPhones… not everyone changes their phone every two years.
