I was never notified that I would be charged for a year membership. No email, nothing. I wrote an inquiry in the app because there is no way to call them to ask about refunding me on the day they charged me. Haven’t heard anything back but still getting notifications about offers and such. Why didn’t they notify me when my free trial was to expire, but notify me about deals “in my area”? Feels pretty dishonest to me.

Kostenlose Probezeit, aber man wird nicht erinnert bevor Geld abgebucht wird und die Abo wird auch nicht über Apple Store geführt = ich habe es vergessen dass die App überhaupt am Handy ist. Dass ich dafür zahle ich mir erst am Kontoauszug aufgefallen. Auch da gab es keine Mail oder sonstiges, wird still abgebucht. Natürlich ist es am Ende meine Verantwortung aber das geht doch auch anders.. bei anderen Apps funktioniert es auch. Die App habe ich einmal benutzt, sonst waren die Deals/Restaurants für mich nicht lohnenswert genug.

Deals kann man nur einmal in gewisser Zeit einlösen. Kein rundes Konzept

App tried to charge me for yearly subscription with automatically renewal turned OFF. Thankfully, charge was refused by my bank. But that’s a ridiculous scam. Never had I used the app that tried to charge me with CANCELLED subscription.

Sehr coole App, einfach zu bedienen, super um Geld zu sparen und neue Restaurants zu entdecken!

Achtung, es wird ohne Ankündigung nach Ablauf einer gewissen Frist ein unfassbar hoher Jahresbeitrag kommentarlos vom Konto abgebucht. Auf Rückmeldung des Supports wartet man vergeblich.
