NESC 2017 IEEE App

The free trial of the app was great. The convenience appeared to be worth paying the $45 annual subscription fee, so I signed up and paid it. Now, I totally regret it. Every time I try to go into the app and access the code, I am told that the trial period is over and I need to subscribe. I did this already and have a receipt from Apple to confirm it. I tried contacting IEEE, but I was told they are not providing technical support for the app. However, the link to the app is still on the IEEE publication website and they still collect subscription fees. This is supposed to be an app for engineering professionals offered by a respected engineering organization. Free games have better support than this.

I haven’t been able to open the app for some time now; when first installed it was nice to have in the field, completely useless now.

I couldn’t get it to work. Total waste of time and money. I wish it would have worked. It would be nice to have the info on my phone and not carry the book when out of the office. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Complete waste of time and money. Haven’t been able to open the app in years finally got fed up and wrote a review. I don’t remember how much I paid but it was a lot of money to have to continue to use and carry the NESC book every day

This app requires full price to be paid for access to anything. Waste of $4.99. I want my money back. Update (response to developer): Then please refund my money.

For the $5 app price you get nothing, unless you spend $200 for the full license. Very disappointed. Zero stars..

I bought the book - APP won’t even open! Extremely frustrating especially when needing it for work.

Do not purchase unless you have paid the $199.99 to purchase the NESC book. Without that this app is useless.

I just bought an app that asks me to buy a full version. It gives nothing. They stole my money. I want it back
